I’m Shani Shand, the proud owner of Starwood Innovations.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better. 

I founded this company because I felt the need to provide my family with generational wealth. Only a business venture would have allowed me to do that, so I took the leap of faith. I’ve always wanted to serve others and guide them, and this business has enabled me to accomplish just that. It has been 14 months since I started this business and it has come a long way.

Over the past couple of years, I have noticed that one needs to work hard in any job. So, it is better to work independently instead of working for someone else’s company as the profit and growth will reflect in your own company. It is not just about monetary gain, but also the power and responsibility that comes with it. With my mentorship, I like to push my staff and coach them to do better than they think they can. This way I get to club my power and responsibility together to add meaning to their lives.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart is my value system which comprises five essential values - Loyalty, Honesty, Trust, Ingenuity and Responsibility. These values are crucial to being successful in life.

I attribute my success to hard work and determination. I feel proud of my ability to help others within my capacity. Such opportunities have given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I’m not at work, you can find me admiring a beautiful view. In most cases, I’m accompanied by books and music. I also enjoy traveling and discovering new places as a way of exploring the world.
